The transmitter of the DMX RDM signal can monitor the status and change the settings of the devices supporting the RDM protocol that are connected to the DMX system. The operation of the PX218 is managed by the PC application via the USB port. The application allows the user to search for RDM devices on the DMX network, view the status and set the parameters of the selected device. The PX218 is enclosed in a damage-proof metal case and is powered from the computer via a USB port.
A splitter, a DMX signal distributor, allows for the creation of branches in extensive DMX installations. Connecting a large number of receivers in series can be troublesome, which is why the possibility of creating branches of the DMX track using a splitter was created. With the PX949 you can split the input DMX signal into 4 independent branches. The individual output lines are galvanically separated from both the input and from each other. The splitter can operate in three modes: Further details on the modes can be found in the data sheet. The DMX-RDM splitter is manufactured in housing adapted for mounting on standard 35mm DIN rails.
PX949 replaces PX349
This DMX splitter has two DMX inputs, which can be distributed to up to 10 outputs using the A/B switch. The individual outputs are galvanically isolated from each other as well as from the inputs and the outputs are sufficiently amplified. Up to 32 devices can be connected to each output. The device has an internal power supply unit with a fixed mains cable.
