We offer you a wide range of node modules for the simplified transmission of of status data via the widely used open open MODBUS standard, both readable in ASCII or in RTU; this for RS485 or Ethernet TCP.

Whether PLC, industrial computer, PC, Raspberry, Arduino, there is a connection for this fieldbus system for almost every system. Depending on the interface, our coupling modules for the input and output of commands, contacts or analogue variables can be connected via RS485 or Ethernet. Simplified commands for the connected actuators are usually available in the programming software.

A connection via MODBUS is cost-effective and robust. It is used in many areas:

The modules of the 18xx series are connected to the PLC or a computer via a router using commercially available twisted pair cables, Cat-3 or higher.

The modules of the 10xx series are connected with a pair of lines (suitable for RS485), with a PLC, or via an adapter with a computer. The transmission is DATA+ non-inverted on one line and DATA inverted on the second. At the receiver, the original data signal is reconstructed from the difference between the two voltage levels. Several transmitters and receivers may be connected to one pair of wires.
