1. Delivery and sales conditions
Prices: All prices are in Euro with VAT 19% and are subject to change. We reserve the right to make appropriate adjustments without prior notice in the event of price changes by our suppliers or exchange rate fluctuations of more than 2%.
Packaging: Cardboard and paper packaging will be charged at cost price and cannot be returned.
Shipping: Shipping is at the expense and risk of the purchaser. No compensation will be made for breakage or damage in transit, as packaging is done with care. Any damage must be reported to the appropriate carrier immediately upon receipt.
Delivery dates: We will make every effort to meet the agreed delivery dates, but we must decline claims for compensation in the event of any delays, of whatever nature. Acceptance and execution of orders may be made subject to security or advance payment.
Complaints: Complaints can only be considered within eight days after receipt of the goods, enclosing the delivery bill. In the case of demonstrably defective delivery, replacement will be provided free of charge. Any further claims for compensation are expressly rejected.
Terms of payment: Target is 14 days net. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are to be paid without deduction of discount, any differences will be charged subsequently. The withholding of payments due to any claims of the customer, as well as the set-off with any counterclaims, is excluded. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to charge interest on arrears at the interest rates applicable at the banks as well as our expenses.
Warranty: For all articles we assume a warranty of 12 months, calculated from the day of acceptance (except for wear parts such as potentiometers, switches, foils). The warranty covers the replacement or exchange of defective parts, whether as a result of design, manufacturing or material defects. The warranty is only fulfilled if no repairs have been carried out by unauthorized third parties and no spare parts of foreign origin have been used. The warranty is only valid towards our clients and only for the goods of one brand sold by us.
Retention of title: The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims.
Place of performance and jurisdiction: The place of performance is Lörrach. German law is exclusively applicable for any disputes.
Illustrations: Illustrations, as well as dimensions, weights and technical specifications are not binding and cannot be accepted as grounds for complaint.
